For help with Refactor — purchases, restoring access, account linking, or deleting your data — email:

We read every message. Include your App Store or Google Play email if the question is about a purchase.

Frequently asked questions

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open Refactor, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If you also linked Gmail or Sign in with Apple, that identity follows your progress across devices.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by AppsKays. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Refunds follow the App Store or Play Store policy.

How do I connect email so my streak is not lost?

On the subscription screen, choose Continue with Google or Sign in with Apple. That binds this device’s anonymous account to that sign-in so you can restore later.

How do I delete my data?

Email appskays@gmail.com from the address on the account (if you linked one) and ask us to delete your Refactor data. We will delete it within a reasonable time, except where we must keep limited records by law.

What does content blocking do?

Blocking is optional. On Android it uses Accessibility and a local on-device VPN filter you must explicitly allow. Filtering happens on your device — AppsKays does not see the sites you visit. You can turn it off at any time. It cannot guarantee every adult site is blocked.

Is Refactor medical treatment?

No. Refactor is a self-guided habit tracker. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.
